Munzur Halis is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Central Real Estate Holding AG. He is also responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Klybeck site in his capacity as COO of Rhystadt AG.
Munzur Halis has more than 15 years’ experience in the finance and property sectors, as well as extensive leadership experience in the areas of property and portfolio management, transactions, risk management and property development. His career has included roles in the fund business at UBS AG, in the Real Estate Advisory division at PwC, in project management at Halter AG, and various management positions at the Baloise Group. Most recently, he headed the entire property business at Pax Asset Management AG.
At the Baloise Group, Munzur Halis held various management positions for several years, most recently as Head of Portfolio Management and Deputy Head of the Property Division. In addition, until 2024, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Rhystadt AG and Central Real Estate Holding AG, representing the largest shareholder. Thanks to this previous role, he is very familiar with the company and its transformation project.
